My first agency was tight with LUMO, a billboard company. Every so often, they’d give us free billboards, so long as the work made their screens look pretty. So, these are some of the prettiest from that era.

Beerboard - Garage Project


There’s no better time for a beer than 5pm. Or when it’s roasting outside. So, we wired a billboard to show our ad whenever it hit 5pm or got above 25°C. It’s not too complicated. Beer shouldn’t be complicated.

Complementing the sky with more sky, to capture the beauty of Range Rover’s ambient interior lighting.








Lights On - Land Rover


Figure.nz stats shows that a large amount of New Zealand car crashes occur at dusk - due to other drivers not flicking their lights on. So, we programmed a billboard to appear every evening at sunset, and remind drivers to flick their lights on, and be seen.
